Please note that we operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure that we can provide each of our clients with the attention they deserve. To secure your spot, all we require is a minimum deposit of $20. Don't worry, the balance won't be due until after you've received our exceptional service.

We know that life can be unpredictable, which is why we're happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment within the next 60 days, subject to availability. However, please note that the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.

While we always strive to provide the best service possible, unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the unlikely event that we're unable to send an artist due to inclement weather or an emergency, we'll make every effort to arrange a replacement. If we're unable to do so, you'll receive a full refund of your deposit.
